Owner, Managing Partner - Business Operations
Beth Worman is a highly experienced business professional, whose experience crosses multiple industries. Her experience includes executive management, staffing, operations, and human resources in both small and Fortune 500 corporations. She graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education, then became a Licensed Child Care Director. Beth was so inspired by the progress a family member made through receiving early intervention and ABA therapy services that she eventually decided to open an autism therapy center.
Megan Haupert, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, graduated from Ball State University in 2007 with a Dual Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. After spending several years in the classroom, she pursued her Masters of Special Education with an emphasis in Autism Intervention from the University of North Texas. Megan has worked with children with special needs in a variety of areas from in home therapy to consulting with public schools.

We began our practice in late 2014 because we felt called by God to do something magnificent for children struggling with disabilities.
